Terms of Service
An agreement between you and AL-ASID GENERAL TRADING, PUBLIC TRANSPORT, AND CARGO AND BICYCLE RENTAL COMPANY LLC (hereinafter "Al-Asid" or "we"). Using Rabet means accepting it.
The service
Rabet is a monthly or yearly subscription that brings WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram conversations into one inbox and manages your staff's attendance, leave and payroll. We provide the software and infrastructure; the content and the Meta accounts are yours.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for what your users do inside your workspace and for protecting their access. Accounts are per person — plans are limited by user count.
Trial and plans
14 days of full trial, no card and no commitment. Then choose a plan: Basic $30، Pro $50، Business $99 per month. A yearly subscription costs 10 months, so two months are free.
Each plan has published limits (users, numbers, pages, employees). At the limit the system blocks additions and offers an upgrade; we never add charges silently.
Payment and renewal
- Prices are in USD, collected in Iraqi dinars through the Qi gateway at the exchange rate on the invoice date. The rate is fixed at that moment, so later movement does not affect an existing invoice.
- Payment is in advance for each cycle; a numbered invoice follows every successful payment.
- Auto-renewal is optional and can be switched off inside the product at any time. Qi does not store your card with us — renewal is a reminder and a fresh payment you approve.
- When a subscription expires you get 7 days of grace during which your account and data remain, with access limited to the renewal page.
Group discount
Register more than one company with the same email and they join one group: the most expensive pays in full and each further company gets a discount shown on the checkout page. The discount is commercial only — it does not mix company data or grant anyone cross-company access.
Acceptable use
Rabet may not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, breaches of WhatsApp and Meta business policies, fraud, impersonation, content unlawful under Iraqi law, or attempts to breach the system or bypass plan limits technically.
Note that the Meta accounts are yours and Meta may suspend them at its own discretion; such a suspension is not our act and we cannot reverse it.
Your data is yours
What you put in your workspace stays yours and can be exported at any time. We claim no rights over it — see the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
Cancel whenever you like; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. We suspend accounts that remain unpaid after the grace period, or that clearly breach acceptable use, with notice unless the breach requires immediate action. You may request permanent deletion at any time via Data Deletion.
Availability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee zero downtime, and may pause for announced maintenance. Failures originating at Meta, an internet provider or the payment gateway are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
We may amend these terms and will email you before any material change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
Ownership
Rabet is a product of AL-ASID GENERAL TRADING, PUBLIC TRANSPORT, AND CARGO AND BICYCLE RENTAL COMPANY LLC. The name, the software and all rights in them are reserved. That covers the name, the logo, the interfaces, the source code and the design system. Your subscription grants a right to use the system for the term of that subscription, not ownership of it: it may not be copied, resold, sub-licensed or reverse-engineered.
In return, what you place inside your workspace remains yours alone, as set out above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, with jurisdiction in the courts of Baghdad.
