Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. Connect your current number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, or scan a QR code from your phone. The number stays yours and you can disconnect it whenever you like.
Can my employees see each other's messages?
The inbox is shared: any team member can reply, and the name of whoever replied shows on the conversation. Permissions decide what each employee can see.
How does clocking in work?
The employee opens the app and taps clock in. If you turn on the geofence, a clock-in is only accepted within the distance you set around the office.
Does it handle our payroll by our rules?
Yes. You set working days, shifts, lateness and absence deductions, and how overtime is counted; the system computes the salary and locks the month on approval.
Where is our data stored?
Each company has an isolated workspace with its own data, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups. We don't share your data with anyone.
What happens after the trial ends?
You pick a plan and pay by card, ZainCash or FIB. If you don't subscribe, your data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
